How long will it take to ship my item? TOP
As with my eBay account, my main priority has always been to ship the item(s) at the earliest opportunity following receipt of payment. if you have elected to have your item e-mailed then you should expect to receive it the same day. If you elect to have your item posted, then this is usually posted within 24 hrs of receiving payment and you will receive notification confirming it has been posted.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the length of time the postal service take to deliver. What are the postage charges? TOP
By selecting the radio button at the side of the item you intend to purchase you can see the total cost for your purchase without having to go all the way through to a checkout before finding what additional charges you will incurr. To simplify the process we have kept the postage charge options to a minimum. How do I view a pdf version of my item? TOP
Most fairly modern computers are pre installed with a pdf viewer. However just in case you are not able to view the item you have purchased, you can click on the following link which will take you to the free download page for Adobe Acrobat Reader.
What if my e-mail does not arrive? TOP
Many e-mail programs have spam filters and sometimes you find that the e-mail you have been waiting for and think has not been sent can in actual fact be found in the spam filter, trash or bulk folders. Please take a look in the folders and allow 24 hrs before requesting your item to be resent.
If you still have not recieved your item, please e-mail me with your purchase details. How do I pay for my purchase(s)? TOP
As you pass through to the checkout you are given the option to proceed and make payment via Paypal using either funds from your own Paypal account, or by making payment with a Credit or Debit card.
Alternatively, and for UK based buyers only, you can elect to send payment by post. Payment in this instance can be made by either UK cheque or Postal Orders made payable to Carole Musson.
